A Wedding To Remember At The Oceano Hotel Half Moon Bay

When Shadi Haddad and Katie McGowen contacted Extreme Productions Entertainment to help them create their wedding celebration, they had one simple request: create an unbelievable energy, incorporate a great blend of American and Arabic music and insure all guests feel included. Katie and Shadi were an absolute blast to work with. Extreme Productions Entertainment made the planning process a breeze with step by step entertainment success mapping and several Skype and phone sessions to insure the solutions being created were in line with their vision and goal. From the moment guests arrive, the energy was electric and their friends and family were amazed by the energy taking place. As one guest put it: “we have NEVER been to a wedding like this before. Amazing!” As Katie and Shadi described it: “It was an 11 and above and beyond!”

The Oceano Hotel and Spa Half Moon Bay is an amazing setting in the San Francisco Bay Area. Under the direction of Jennifer Pickart, the amazing staff at the Oceano were a blast to work with and provided an amazing service experience for Katie and Shadi’s friends and family.

Rockstar Weddings At The Citizen Hotel Happen Here

When we asked Morgan Kutzman and Mike Motia what they wanted out of their wedding experience, they replied “…a night no one would forget.” Extreme Productions Entertainment helped Morgan and Mike create their wedding from the ground up filled with the perfect soundtrack to reflect their personality, lighting to enhance both the theme and energy they wished to have AND… a few surprises to insure every one of their guests walked away saying “BEST WEDDING EVER!” All images by our good friends at The Goodness Photography.

Creating the perfect theme and atmosphere to insure their wedding was reflective of their personality was key. Utilizing various lighting designs and techniques, Extreme Productions Entertainment created the perfect glow for their wedding ceremony. Oh… and the flowers for this event??!! ROCKSTAR! Blooms by Martha Andrews always does an amazing job!

The transition from ceremony to reception was key. The 7th floor of the Citizen Hotel was transitioned from hints of ivory and champagne tones to a festive red and orange tone palette.

…and the party? As Extreme Productions Entertainment DJ/MC/Experience Concierge Matt Brys put it “It was an 11!!”

Extreme Productions Rocks Thousands At Team In Training / Nike Women’s San Francisco

Every year, the cast of Extreme Productions is tasked with creating an amazing celebration party for the thousands who attent the Team in Training / Nike Women’s Marathon Victory Party. Every year we are blown away.

On October 16, 2011, thousands who participated in the San Francisco marathon packed into the Moscone Center for the Victory Party. This celebration had the energy of a concert, the feeling of success and the overwhelming joy that can come out of a movement where all are united for one cause.

With thousands in attendance from around the world who just completed a 26.2 mile marathon, the cast of Extreme Productions Entertainment was amazed by the energy and enthusiasm this crowd still had. Larry Burow, Dominic Fournier and Matt Brys gave them the music and experience they needed to keep the energy going.

Semper Fi! A Salute to Extreme Productions’ clients Kerri and Nute Bonner!

When Kerri and Nute contacted Extreme Productions Entertainment to help them produce a fun experience for their wedding celebration, we jumped at the opportunity! Any chance we get to celebrate with the men and women who work so hard in our armed forces is an honor for us.

With the ceremony completed, guests seated for the grand introduction and the festivities under way… it was time for the Marines to form the sword arch to honor and welcome the new Mr and Mrs Bonner into the room. With the gusto that only a Marine can provide, Kerri and Nute were warmly welcomed into the ballroom… and into the Marines!

For the dining service, guests were treated to warm tones of light provided by the simple and warm light design of Extreme Productions Entertainment and the night sky. The dinner service timed perfectly to the beautiful sunset that would take place at the end of the main course. The Citizen Hotel always provides an amazing experience for their wedding celebrations!

With dinner completed, toasts accomplished and the energy of the party ready to rock… Extreme Productions Entertainment took this party to an 11 with an energetic and fun DJ/MC experience that incorporated music from all genres.
